We use Xubuntu 18.04 LTS currently on all call center PCs and are actively investigating moving over to using 20.0.4.1 LTS a little later on this year. Our users are call center reps and some of them have figured out how to turn this the auto-answer setting off to get around taking calls. some of our users work remotely through a VPN connection so using a licensed version of Zoiper to auto-provision the clients isn't a workable solution.
